Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) can be installed in front of Hunters Green Cluster homes at their Reserved parking spaces. Before installing the EVCS, a Lot Owner must:
Submit a DRB Request following the Reston Association EVCS requirements for approval before installation.
Reston Association Covenants Association developed the EVCS requirements working with HGCA and other Reston associations.
For EVCS DRB Requests, HGCA must file their own separate DRB Request to confirm agreement on your DRB Request. Please work with the HGCA Board to time your DRB Request submission concurrently with the HGCA DRB submission to avoid delays.
Sign the HGCA EVCS Agreement before installation.
This agreement is between the Lot Owner and Hunters Green Cluster Association covering the EVCS location, power source, installation, liability insurance, and removal at sale, or transfer of these responsibilities to the new Lot Owner.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal of the installed EVCS at the Owner’s expense.
