Maintenance Standards
As noted in the HGCA Cluster Design & Maintenance Standards Overview, the HGCA Board will do a walkthrough of the cluster annually, noting homes that appear to be out of compliance. The Maintenance Overview below explains the reasons for a walkthrough. The Checklist is a list of what the Board will be reviewing based on current HGCA Standards. After the annual maintenance walkthrough, the Board will send letters to owners noting any issues that must be addressed. If nothing is found, no letter will be sent to the owner.
HGCA Cluster Design Standards
All HGCA Cluster Design Standards were revised in 2023. Since then, updates have been made to some Standards to comply with RA DRB requirements, changes in material availability, and clarification of the Standard.
In 2025, along with updates to several Standards, the Board decided to separate the HGCA Standards document into individual Standards for ease of use and updates as needed. Below links are the current Standards.
