 News and Announcements

Weather Notes: 

• The HGCA By-laws note that homeowners are responsible for removing snow on the shared sidewalks in front of their property.

• During 2025 please do NOT use salt or ice melt on the new concrete installed throughout the cluster in Fall 2024. We were advised that the new concrete requires a year to ‘cure.’  Salt or ice melt will quickly corrode the new concrete. This is why sand was provided this year instead of ice melt. We will go back to ice melt next year. 

The Hunters Green Cluster Board typically has vacancies at the time of our annual meeting in December.  We would like for all of you to seriously consider giving back to the community and running for a vacant position, as these positions open. You should expect roughly 1-2 hours of effort each week, but oftentimes, the workload will be less than that.  Members wishing to be considered must reside in Hunters Green Cluster, be in good standing and must deliver a bio to hgcaboard@huntersgreen.org 

We encourage you to seriously consider the opportunity to join and make an impact for your community and reach out to us with any questions about the role.
