 Hunters Green Cluster has two approved options for front entry doors. Homeowners may choose between flush (flat panel door) and full light front doors. The original HGC door standard is the flush, metal door established in 1996 and remains an option for homeowners. In addition, the following door options have been approved as new door standards for HGC. Images for flush, flat panel doors, full light (a.k.a.) full light entry doors and full view storm doors follow. Front Entry Doors: 1. Full light or flush, flat panel door 2. Material options: Steel, metal, fiberglass, wood or clad 3. Color to match DRB approved door color palette for Hunters Green Cluster. The full light door may also be Cordovan Brown. Storm Doors: 1. Full view or self-storing 2. Color to match front entry door or Cordovan Brown Storage Entry Doors: 1. Flush, flat panel only (side door in front alcove models) 2. Material options: Steel, metal, fiberglass, wood or clad 3. Color to match DRB approved door color palette Additional Information: 1. The full light door glass can be clear or frosted (no colored glass) or have internal mini-blinds. 2. The sidelight glass must match the full light door glass. 3. Dimensions of existing sidelights cannot be changed. ( 4. Mail slots cannot be installed on full light doors. 5. Any manufacturer can be used as long as doors match the approved standard or are approved by DRB.
