Inclement Weather Policy

As the winter season approaches, there is always a possibility of an occurrence of inclement weather.  Please understand that once there is a measurable accumulation of snow or ice on the ground, we will need your assistance to be able to service your location.

Please ensure that all roads, parking lots and sidewalks that lead to your containers are clear of all snow and ice.  This includes the top, the front and area around the containers or enclosures.  There must be a path large enough for our trucks to move forward and backwards in order to service your containers.  If this is not implemented, it is impossible for us to collect at your site on the first attempt, and in a timely manner.  Also, please be advised that drivers and helpers are instructed not to shovel or remove any snow or ice, as it is both a liability issue and a safety issue for our employees.

Service cancellations that are due to inclement weather events, for disposal or recycling services, will be posted on our website at www.csidisposal.com.
