Description/Requirements:

• Energy Star, 16” 2-light motion sensor, color bronze or equal.
• Double-headed floodlight fixture identical to or closely matching the example below.
• Bulbs must be incandescent, halogen or LED.
• Installed on the side or rear elevation only
• Mounted under, or immediately below, the eaves or under the deck (on the ledger board or the wall immediately under).
• Lights must be shielded and directed downwards.
